Solutions for adding utilities to 3D printed house
One of the problems in 3d printed houses is installing the electrical and water pipes in the walls after finishing the job.
If you don't plan these ahead of time it will be very expensive to cut the walls and add these to your house.
One of the solutions could be put all the space that you require for these utilities inside your design, so your design could look like something like this:
3D printer can leave room for utility ducts
And to make printing much easier, place some ducts in the wall while printing
Printer can pause printing task and wait for operator to place utility ducts in place
So it will look like this

Another solution could be using a soluble material that you can wash that later with high pressure water.
Here you can see simulation of how the printed house with clay as support material will look like.
